Dr. Harmelech completed her PhD in Neuroscience at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where she researched spontaneous brain activity (using mostly fMRI and real-time fMRI-neurofeedback). Following that, she continued to postdoctoral training at Columbia University’s Mind Brain Behavior Institute. Dr. Harmelech joined BrainsWay in 2017 as a Medical Science Liaison.
