David Feifel earned a Bachelor of Science, Master’s Degree and a Ph.D. (neurobiology) from the University of Toronto, Canada, where he also earned a Medical Degree. He completed his residency training in Psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Feifel is Director of the Neuropsychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Program, and he is the founder and Director of the UCSD Adult ADHD Program, as well as the UCSD TMS program.
